Our Process

At Defence PoolSafe, we’re not happy until your pool has achieved complete compliance. To get there, we employ a thorough and unique pool inspections Brisbane process:

Step 1 - We will provide you with checklists that you can use to prepare your property for inspection.

Step 2 - We register your pool for you.

Step 3 - We thoroughly inspect your pool fence and its gates for soundness, compliance and durability. Compliant properties receive certificates within two business days.

Step 4 - If your pool is found to be non-compliant, we will provide you with a detailed report within two working days. You will be issued a certificate of non-compliance and will have three months to remedy the situation.

Step 5 - We will help you achieve compliance. A license Defence PoolSafe pool inspector will give you clear advice on doing so. If necessary, he will arrange for or refer you to a licensed builder who can help.
